Dented my car and refused to take ownership

On Monday the 3rd we took the car in for service at Kia motors Wonder boom, when my husband went to collect the car at around 3, they said they were done and showed him where the car was, when he got there the car had a dent on the back bumper, he asked them what happened cause the car was ok when he left it in the morning, they asked the guy who inspect the car and he said it was ok when it was booked in. The service manager said the dealer principal is not there but will be in the following day. My husband left the car there, went to the meeting the following day and when he arrived at Kia nothing has been done on the car and the dealer principal is still not there and everyone claimed they don't know what happened and who's at fault and they told my husband to take the car to the mechanic that they already spoke to, where's the honesty in that, you leave your car 100% and you come back its damaged and no one knows what happened, even today the dealer principal is still not there. We want to know who dented the car and why didn't that person say anything, if the car was not checked before leaving the dealership, we could have sat with the problem.
