I would also like to thank you for sending all Gauteng's citizens their bills in good time and with as much sensitivity as anyone can muster when asking already hard-done-by tax payers to pay even more for something that they had already paid for. I know this takes a great deal of courage, as no one likes to pay for the same thing twice.
