Monkeyworx products are unsafe

Monkeyworx / installed a jungle gym on the playground at my niece and nephew's creche, and was paid in full (an exorbitant amount of money), for what is essentially a pile of wood that started falling apart the first time the children played on it. Another step just gave in the very next day. Luckily for everyone nobody was seriously injured. We tried contacting Farral by e-mail and by phone, to no avail. When he eventually did answer his phone (calling from a different, unknown number), he was rude and unapologetic, saying things like "a grown man can't break it, how can a child" and "my people are in Witbank, so they are too far away to come and fix their mistakes" (on their website it states that they work "as far as Bloemfontein, Middelburg, Witbank, Ermelo, Sasolburg, Secunda, Vereeniging, Parys, Harrysmith, Klerksdorp etc...". So then they obviously just don't do after-sales service in these areas?), after which he hung-up the phone.
Monkeyworx are extremely unprofessional, with no business ethics or acumen, and obviously no regard for the safety and well-being of the children for whom their products are made.
I would strongly advise never doing business with this company.
