Product not packed but charged on statement! wow!

One of my down lines Aaron Maleka acc nr 1018780/ invoice nr 19092039/ invoice date 27/01 put in an order and product code 65659 was not packed in the box- why tick and charge someone for something that is not in the BOX, who was packing that box? since this is a despatch query i will not send/scan or even fax a tick sheet for this since i once had a query regarding goods packed into my box- the despatch supervisor Jerry Ndlovu asked me to send in the"tick sheet" so he can solve my query- he still is solving that query even today!!! and that was November so i really hope Despatch need to get their ducks in a row- its dishonest to send wrong goods to us or even worse in my downlines case- send nothing at all and still charge him- my downline is so frustrated he asked me to solve this matter since i am his team leader... interesting enough what do i tell him?
