My husbands heart meds promissed but never delive

We have changed medical aids and umvuzo does their chronic med deliveries through dawnwing.after the delivery ppl saying they had been at my house and lying about it. I explained to kanga that it is my husbands heart meds and that he does not have anymore tablets left.promissed me high nd low that he would make sure the delivery was done before 8pm.well its 8pm now and nothing has arrived. I am so stressedhave been phoning the offices and there is no answer exactly what o was worried about and yet kanga assure me that staff work night shift and would be there to assist me.ill be very. Lucky if my husband does not land up in hospital because he doesn't have medication.absolutely unacceptable just goes to proove that you can't trust anyone...
