Homeless people bedrooms in the postal box area

There are a number of homeless people who make the bedroom in the area around the postal boxes.
this area is supposed to be locked at night but at 0830 there are still people sleeping there and one acnnot get to the box without stepping on them. They leave 2 litre bottles of urine on the outside counters.
The place is unsafe and it stinks of faeces and urine. We pay for our boxes and then are unable to acces them.
Previous complaints (written) have gone unanswered.
