Not delivering

Can you please advise whether the postal strike in the Gauteng area is over yet or not? I haven't received post for over a month. Today I was at the Parklands post office and there are boxes piled up everywhere. I am expecting a parcel containing a medic alert bracelet - the last time it was scanned in was 13 February in Cape Town. Since then nothing. I urgently need to get my medic alert tag as it may be a matter of life and death.

This is a copy of an email that I sent tho the postal services email address with no response - perhaps I will have more feedback here, although why I need to lodge a complaint here before I get service is a disgrace.
