False promises

I went to purchase a breakfast set advertised in their pamphlet 12 july - 11 august 2013, I went to 2 stores and was told that the stock did not arrive. so I went in the next 2 days and was informed that the stock was not received from the supplier. after a week of going in and out I decided to call their help line and a few calls I was told that there were out of stock and will not have anymore, after making a few more calls to them I was told that 1 will be allocated and delivered to the store of my choice. on 1st / 2nd august they called home and told me that one will be arranged to be delivered to the nearest store. which has never happen. since then I called a few times and now they have now commitment or record of they promise to me, they have different stories that all the store was not supposed to have that stock and that it was an instore promotion. after all the calls I am told that sorry is the best they can do for me... what a lot of hog wash... don't believe everything you see in the promotional pamphlet, and if you don't get anything in writing don't believe what they call center has to say.
