Can I just enjoy my winnings already?

I won a smash and grab voucher back in in Nov/Dec. I have since been trying to redeem the voucher, however
my contact person barely responds to my email.
It was exciting to know I've won, but now I just have a useless paper with me. Can somebody please tell me what to do with it now.
