ORDER PLACED 9 DECEMBER AND SWIMWEAR NOT RECEIVED

I placed an order on the 9th of December 2013 with an agreement to supply me with the swimwear by latest 14 December. Delivery was not done and I asked for my money to be refunded on the 17th of December, which I still have not received.
