Ad attitude, empty promises, no goods/money

I ordered from Splash Swimwear on 28 November 2013 and the mail said that the package will reach me within 3-5 days. Today is 23 Desember almost a month later, still no package.
In the meanwhile I have phoned them several times and Shaun is making empty promises, every day a new story.
Nikki, well she doesn't talk to the customers.
Shaun has a bad attitude end does not put the client first like it should be. He even put the phone down in my ear because he cannot explain anything and he accused me of abuse.
I asked for a refund more than a week ago, also no money.
DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WILL GET TO...!!!
