Bad Attitude, Rude, Uncouth, terrible service

There are not enough characters to enable me to complain about everything that has gone wrong with our encounter with GWM Ontdekkers. Suffice it to say that i have never come across a more rude, arrogant, uncouth person with no people skills than Mr Deon Basson whom i believe is the Dealer Principal. His level of customer service is non existent. He is unhelpful and has a serious attitude problem. I pity GWM SA for the way that this man is dragging their name through the mud. I shall make it my life mission to ensure that everybody i come into contact with knows about this and will never buy a vehicle new or second hand from this dealership. i dearly want someone to contact me regarding this matter so i might explain exactly what type of an experience we have had over the last 2 months.
