Don't buy Phuthuma Nathi shares

I have been a share holder of Phuthuma Nathi shares for more that 6 years. In September this year I wanted to change my contact details. I tried to phone their call center and was on hold for more tha 20 minutes. I spoke to a lady by the name of Sharon who advise me to complete a form and email it back to her. I did as she said two months ago and my details are still not updated. The problemis that I cannot access my shares online and check how the market is performing because I have to log on with my details that have not been updated since I filled in the form that was sent to me two months ago. I have tried countless times to get hold of somebody who can assist me. When you call their call center you're put on hold for mor than 30minutes and if you're luck to get through, you're transferd to somebody else whose supposed to help you. Then you're further put on hold for another 20 minutes before the phone is answered and then they tell you that you details will be updated on that same day which does not happen. I have spoken to this Sharon 3 times this month but still no assistance. This company charges administration fees
