Reliability of integrity of Motorport

I bought a car "Volkswagen Tiguan TSI" cash from the dealer ship Motorport in Table View! The weal balancing was out and the sales lady on the took to correct the problem! No action was taken! I stop several times at the dealer ship. The problem becomes severe; I fixed it on my cost of Rand 120, 00. The principal is here I paid a quarter of a million Rand cash for the vehicle! Logically, Rand 120.00 doesn't make sense but its the principal. The Sales Manager, Adriaan Vlok, promised payment 2 weeks ago! Contacting him, he explained internal company procedure and policy above customer services. The worst part is, they are blaming staff that left the company! I wonder why staff leaving the company. It actually make sense! Be aware, company policies and procedure are more important than servicing customers effectively! What a nightmare experience for a cash buyer... It's for sure that my next car will not be from Motorport Table View / Motorport Bayside!
