About a week and a half ago I went to motorport and was looking to make a booking, I was greeted by the manager who looked like he was in a rush for something so he sat me down and made a booking on a piece of A4 paper. I assumed this would then be added to the database on the system. My car needed repairs so it was an awful 5 day wait for the booking that following week. The morning of the booking I arrived first in line exited to get this sorted out but I was told my car was not on the database and they dont see a booking anywhere. At this point the manager was carefully avoiding me. So I got another confirmed booking a week later. This went of without a hitch and by 3 o clock I was told my car was done. Absolutely no repairs were done on my car not one thing, only the oil change service when I specifically asked them to fix some minor problems at least today then I could return for the rest. I was furious. Although I paid for the service my car was not cleaned and the side panel where the window mechanism sits was removed and the parts were lying all around scattered in my car, this was one of the parts needing repairs and what they've done was destroy it! I am furious!
