Skynet Worldwide Express
UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS!!!

I'm a Unisa student who opted (regrettably) to have my study material material delivered by courier with Skynet. for anyone who is a tertiary or has been a tertiary student would understand how critical it is that we receive our study material on time!! It's now the end of February and I haven't received my package yet!
Some woman called me 2 Saturdays ago from skynet to confirm my address and to tell me that my study pack would be delivered on Monday, that was (excuse the language) LAST WEEK MONDAY!!! what the do you people think this is, a fashion pack or some online shopping that is being delivered??? This could possibly make me fail this semester because I will hand in my assignments late, and start studying late! The worse is that no one there gives a to at least pick up the goddamn phone and explain to me why my study material (although already late) wasn't delivered last week as promised!! How can an international company such as skynet handle this as if it's some backyard delivery service??? what the is going on???!!!
