Shareholder password

I am a shareholder trying to get my password. I've been trying to get this information sent to me since October!!! Everytime they tell to e-mail this and that document. I do so but still nothing. They put on hold at their call centre for hours!!! I've spent so much money and time with these people! All I want is to sell my shares and never have to deal with them again. Please help!!!
