Why am I paying for nothing

I have paid my previous supply of product in October 2012 already. I cancelled the next order and the woman who phoned me said that they could only pick up the payment of December after 7 days. I have now paid 3 months (Nov 2013, Dec 2013 and Jan 2014) for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am getting really tired of listening to your excuses and stories. Cancel this debit order and give me back my money or I will have to take matters futher. This is not fair and really unnecessary! I am also posting this on hellopeter today and I am contacting the ombudsman also. Thank you for nothing. All the people I referred to you are probably also going to struggle like this!! Why???
