What you gonna do 'bout it!!!

Zodiac has pointed out a couple of Warrantee Centre's in Durban that would attend to my pool cleaner. Modern Mowers were the closest. I followed the instructions from Zodiac and my pool cleaner was booked in for an upgrade/repair. A 24 hour turn-around time was guaranteed by Zodiac as to the time it would take the Warrantee Centre to repair/upgrade the machine. Friday 31/01/14 I went back to Modern Mowers and asked if I could loan a pool cleaners for the weekend or until my machine is ready for collection. I offered to put the full amount down as a deposit. The second clerk got irritated with me and said she will asked the manager. I immediately realized that her disposition has changed towards me as she shook her head as she made her way towards the manager's office. A few moments later the man and the "second clerk" came rushing towards me and asked me what my problem was. I said that I think the "second clerk" have a bad attitude. To which he replied, I have the bad attitude and that I should take my machine to Makro instead. As I made my way out the manager screamed out loud behind me... "what you gonna do about it! " I am shocked to say the least... and they have lost me 4eva
