No Consultant has contacted me back

Hi, hope you can help. I was contacted by an Isabella Garcia agent to sell products where I had to pay for three months. I was told that my first payment would go off on the 08/03/2013 (which is today). I was told that a consultant will contact me to do a skin analysis and get my postal address etc. I phoned yesterday and left a message with the lady that answered the phone, she took my details and my ref number which is VOUC50887. No one came back to me since. I tried phoning this morning, the line is dead. I don't know what to do and feel absolutely dreadful. I've heard great reviews on this product and now I regret saying yes to the very persisent agent in the the first place.
