On Monday the 7th of October I was walking around in Cape Gate doing some adhoc shopping,
I saw Carlton Hair was empty only one gent was on duty I walked in and was greeted with a positive friendly welcome and smile, this alone is truly amazing retail hair experience

I'm not one to compliment service but I have to take my hat off for Dwayne

After he greeted me I asked if any appointment was available for that day, as he was alone on duty I thought he might be busy.

He replied that it would be no problem to cut, shape and style my hair any time that is convenient for me,
I found this amazing being treated like royalty.

I assume. Dwayne is the manager for the exceptional service I received, he cut my hair so perfect I felt like a model! It is still in a manageble state and I had a fear of hairdressers messing up my hair always walk out unhappy instead a received a profesional yet personal serf worth experience, I was treated to a luxury head massage, advice how and what to use on my hair. He truly made my day and delivered the best experiece I ever received at a hair salon, I just want to thank Dwayne for his exeptional service and his profesional, friendly he truly has a talent
