POOL CLEANER

I bought a brand new Zodiac (which I was over charged for) on recommendation from John. 6 weeks later (the machine was still brand new, in mint condition) 1 tread was twisting, making the machine go round & round in a circle. I sent it in for a repair. The tread was replaced under gurantee & John tried to charge me R350 which I refused to pay. This caused an argument & he said if I refused to pay, then he was going to put the old tread back on & I can come fetch my machine and sort the problem out myself (bad attitude!!!) When I went to pick my machine up the next day, to my amazement, I was given back a 2 year old, faded, scratched to death, beat up machine which John insisted was mine. He even had the cheek to say that my pool is very rough. I insisted this is not my machine!! We checked the serial number & to further amazement, a brand new sticker matching my guarantee's serial number was stuck on top of an obviously scratched off old sticker. Even my housekeeper noticed by saying "If the machine is so scratched, faded & beat up, why is the sticker so new!? " Good point!! After much shouting & threatening etc, in the end Zodiac themselves gave me a new machine. Thank u Zodiac
