Very very bad service and they dont have money

My van went to P AND D PANEL BEATERS on the 8 DECEMBER 2013 and they said the van will be done before 6
January my van is still standing just to find out they don't have funds to buy parts. So please dont take your cars or any vehicle to them they don't have funds. The owner that i only know as peter never answer his phone.
