Our Move was a DESASTER absolute NIGHTMARE!

A Mirror was broken. They tried to force the lounge suite in the front door damaging it. Red meat that was taken out the freezer misteriously vanished. They left without taking the stuff from the bathroom and bedroom. The movers constantly were asking for cigarettes. There was no sense of gettingthe job done, more like a holiday feeling between them. Talking and messing around. They had bad attitudes, like they didn't want to be there doing the job they have been paid to do. They got lost for 45 mins instaed of waiting and following us. Lamp was bent. We were Charged an extra R720 because I said Dressing Table on the inventory and NOT Chest of Drawers which to me is one of the same. We had a only a FEW extra little things like 4 blag bags with cushions in which I honesty never thought about. It cost us R2, 601 to move 2.7km's with minimal stuff!!! It was an absolute rip off and a nightmare! My advise find other movers. They all very friendly in the beginning because they want your money, you have to pay 50% before and the balance on the day. The treatment we got was shocking once the money was in their bank account. They rushed the whole move. We are very unhappy customers!
