Eing promised something but no delivery

I loged a complaint against virgin mobile, was contacted and promised that I will have my handset by friday 31st jan, but courier company contacted me stating they can't deliver cause they don't do deliverys on friday. They advertise when you contact them that they deliver mondays to friday from 8 till 4, but now now delivery. Worste service eve
