I received a note from the post office, requesting me to provide a copy of the invoice of an internet purchase. So I get the invoice and include the information pertaining to the parcel and try to get them the information first email I have sent the email 6 or 7 time and each time I get a polite automated response that someone will get back to me within 48 hours, needless to say I am still waiting, next I tried the phone (using a few of the 11 numbers they provide) 28 calls still no answer, apparently they constantly have hi call volumes and then after about 6-7 minutes of holding they cut me off. I then tried the call centre number 3 times and I stayed on hold for over 25 mins each time. and finally a fax number which is also always engaged. I am now concerned that they are going to send the parcel back. HOW ON EARTH am I supposed to do as you require if I cannot get hold of you.
