Highly annoyed by such a bad service

Hi

This company was supposed time move us on Thursday morning, then when morning passed and they didn't come we phoned them and they told us they will come around lunch time. Lunch time came and passed again, we phoned again and they kept saying they are coming. At 4pm they tell us they will only come at 8pm! From 8am to 8pm???

We''ve never experienced such an inconvenience and frustration. Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone
