No Feedback on Shocking service report

I wrote a message on Hello Peter dated 18 Sept 2013 regarding the shocking service we have received in replacing a steering wheel. The dealer even wrote to me and promised to resolve the issue, Hyundai SA called me and promised the same. it is now 4 months later and nothing has transpired since their initial communications.
Is this acceptable?
