No answer all week

I have a query on a postal item that was returned to me from East London then somehow ended up at the Capemail hub. Yet i have received no answer from the call centre. I have been calling every day since 20 January and I am becoming fed up with the lady that keeps tellingme the call is important but no one answering. CAn someone please get back to me!!!
