Pathetic Service

I am very unhappy about the service I got from ccd couriers. The lady that contacted me with regards to the delivery of my Diners Club card was very unprofessional and could hardly speak proper English. She could not get my address right and I had to spend two days at the office waiting for the courier guy. Then she tried making pathetic excuses like I was not at my office when the delivery was there. and that is totally untrue.
My wife had the same problem with the delivery of her FNB card. I would suggest FNB and Diners Club stop doing business with companies like this. It puts them in a bad light.
