I bought a VW Amarok @ Middelburg VW the 27 December 2013. I received the Amarok the 28 December 2013. The License disc expired on the 21 January 2014. On the 16 January 2014 I started to phone VW to find out why we haven't received a license disc. So the reason was it has to go for roadworthy & then they will get license disc. So on 20 January 2014 @ around 15H00 I took the Amarok back to VW. I asked to please fix the sound on the Amarok as it was a previous time there for the same reason but nothing was fixed & to replace the diesel return line as it was a campaign. They agreed and said I can have the Amarok back 23 January 2014 the afternoon. I received the Amarok back with a surprise that nothing has been fixed. I called the Manager & he only said it was a misunderstanding. They will fix the diesel return line the following week & investigate the sound on it. I received an SMS stating the parts for the Amarok is on back order. They will let me known when I can bring the Amarok. Its a MONTH untill date & still struggle to get my Amarok fix. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MIDDELBURG VW TO FIX SOMETHING??? NEVER NEVER buy or service @ VW MIDDELBURG. BAD BAD CU
