I would like to warn any potential buyer against this Volkswagen branch situated on 274 Beyers Naude Drive, Northcliff, Cresta, Johannesburg.
I've been dealing with Richard (Sales Manager - Chris Bradley) since April 2013 to purchase a Volkswagen AMAROK H/L 2.0BITDI 132KW A.
The transaction got suspicious when I signed an offer to purchase which was completely ignored for a number of days.
Stock availability were blamed a number of times, seeing the vehicles price increase two times by about 3% every time, increasing the Volkswagen AMAROK's price to just below R500 000.
Over this period I had the opportunity to purchase Toyota Hilux and Ford Rangers which had stock, but I was eagerly awaiting the amarok's imminent arrival, as it was on order.
A number of promises were made, like that I would miss the second price increase and that the vehicle would arrive in the first week of July 2013, but that all were.
Good luck if you're in the process of spending money with this Volkswagen branch as my experience was a big disappointment, filled with regret and a utter waste of valuable time. Please remove all my contact details from your internal marketing material
