Empty Promises

I Bought and surround sound system from Discount Electronics, after a day they shipped it through Anchor Express Logistics which I received a delivery notification that the item will be delivered on the 25 Jan 2014 @ about 11:30. After 2 hours of waiting for them no one arrived and the head office can't locate the delivery van.
It's the 29th Jan 2014 and they still didn't arrive and the head office does not respond to emails or phone calls.
I then contacted the seller and they told me they would take care of this.
No one is updating me on what is going on!
