Bullied into buying product

In November 2013 I was on my way back to the uk and got stopped harassed and bullied by these people.
I told the guy I could not afford the product to which he says that's fine you can pay on a 24 month budget plan, when I returned home I found they had taken the who? 430 I am now in rent arrears and living on the bones of my backside! These people are ruthless I'm currently in process of claiming the money back and then if no luck with my bank then taking them to small claims court!!! I want to report them to put a stop to them ripping people off, anyone able to advise me on how I can do this?
