THREATENED, BULLIED AND HARRASSED!!!

I received a very nasty and conceding phone call from a lady in Durban saying I owe FNB R2000 for a Smart Spend Loan I took. I tried to get the details but she threatened me with legal action if I do not pay. I tried to follow up the matter and called the FNB call centre to no avail. For heavens sake I am a Standard Bank Private client if I wanted money my banker will assist me why would I borrow a cash loan from a bank that i don't even bank with.

They still refer me to Ms Kulati and I got married a long time ago and my surname has since changed
My next stop is ombudsman I cant be bullied, be threatened and harassed for something I do not know.
