Worst service ever for TWISP representatives

I have visited the Noordhoek branch of PC MAC 6 times and the Fish Hoek branch three times to try to get a new filter, new charger for a Twisp e-cigarette given to me by a friend. It worked before I started this process. Megan at Noordhoek NEVER calls back when she says she will and had the effrontery to say pleasure when I sarcastically thanked her for calling back when I called (and is rumoured to be a beer short of a six pack). Both she and her mother at the Fish Hoek branch are singularly unhelpful with their product and their service is shocking. Her mother offered me a cigarette when I lost my cool today!!! Which given that they are Twisp reps is just beyond. The end result was that my e-cigarette would not work because I used non-twisp fluid in it. All the fish hoek customers buy this fluid to use in their Twisps because twisp fluid is so problematic. So I have been to, treated like dirt and insulted all in the name of TWISP. I will never use PC Mac or Twisp ever again. I have been completely put off TWISP by Megan and her mother and now hate the product. It has taken me six weeks to get to this point and as I say 8 or more visits to be insulted to this degree
