WORST VEHICLE REPAIRS IVE EVER SEEN

My car has hail damage on the bumper and the one vender and my insurance "King Price" refered me to Hosbor panel beaters.

First it took them 3 days to fetch the vehicle after they offered to fetch the vehicle from my house.
Secondly I received the car 2 weeks later, and the panel beating was so bad it looked like the dogs breakfast!!!

I pay a lot for my insurance and the excess on my vehicle, I would expect some professional service!!!

I told them from the beginning that I want them to replace the bonnet because you can't fix it, so they fixed it anyways thinking that it's fixable... and they couldn't get it fixed even 60%. So I have sent the car back, probably won't have transport again for another 2 weeks if not more... let's see if they can do what they get paid for!!!
I promise, if I get it back and it still is a stuff up, then I will complain at VW SA not to use them anymore seeing they are a "VW approved repair facility"!!!
