VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

I am very disappointed to say the least!

I eventually received my vehicle back today - 10.5 WEEKS later, I still cannot believe that it takes 10 weeks to repair hail damage on a vehicle??? When I received my car today the Radio did not work, the Hood panel that was supposedly new, was damaged all over, dented and filthy, it looked 2nd hand to me. There were new scratches on the inside plastic panels... just to name a few. The panel beater who dropped off the vehicle then mentioned to me that it would possibly take another 2 weeks to repair the "outstanding issues"??

Where is the quality control on fixed vehicles? I have never received such poor service before.
