Bended and damaged goods

Today I received my parcel. It looked like as if the box got wet with some dust marks.
The box is a long square box and the contents were 900mm long nickel silver model train track that doesn't bend easily.
It is almost as if they have put something heavy on top of it or had to bend it to make it fit into the van.
I paid a lot of $$$ for those goods and now I can't use it.
