Judder on Power Steering-new audi

I purchased a NEW Audi 1.8T last year. Since the first day, there is a very bad Judder on the Steering Wheel... especially on a smoother surface and when the vehicle is driving slowly or at a standstill.
For instance in a parking garage when parking and on my driveway at home.
I lodged numerous complaint. They removed and reinstalled the hydraulic pump, but with no success.
The responce from the Office of the Managing Director Audi SA (Inez Meyer) was..."Although the judder could be seen as an annoyance, it does not negatively affect the operation of the vehicle"
Apparently, according to the Audi West Rand Staff, this is a common problem with the new audi these days!!
This is my third new Audi and i have not experienced such but quality with the other two!!
Audi's Slogan is "Your Satisfaction our Guarantee"... I AM NOT SATISFIED!! WHERE IS MY GUARANTEE???
