Bad service

On 10/01/2014 AA towed my car to lazarus motors t/a kia motors centurion. I told the mechanic what AA said was wrong with the car, he didn't even look at the car and told me that they will work on the car the next day. The mechanic took it on his hands to proof AA wrong and didn't work on the problem. This not fixing the car cost me R1083. Now the first time I am driving the car I am sitting with the same problem that still isn't fixed, stuck next to the road.
