Double Discounting

I purchased a vehicle from Brahmar Auto 4 months ago. In the contract with MFC I have been charged for licence and registration fees, which has been financed. I had to have number plates made as the plates changed from GP to MP. To date this money has not been refunded after numerous phone calls and e-mails. I am not going to have something financed and pay for it out of my own pocket, why would I pay for something twice!! Also, Brahmar Auto has knowingly sold me an accident damaged vehicle without disclosing this information to me. They knew about this as it has been reported on the motor trade HPI system and cannot be hidden away, therefore they cannot dispute that they didn't know. They merely said that the vehicle has been resprayed as there was branding on it before, this was said to me by both the salesman and the sales manager on two separate occasions.
