Very Bad Service

I needed to have my car serviced and could not do it locally. I arranged for my car to be at Danric Auto in Windhoek (400 km's away) for a 2-day job. It ended up being a 9-day job. They started late with the service and misdiagnosed the problem twice, resulting in me paying towing costs that was not necessary. The problem was eventually found and fixed. I arranged to have my car fetched in Windhoek, when it was discovered the problem was still not fixed properly. As a result the car had to go in the next day delaying travelling. It was a very bad display of customer service. Danric Auto was not even apologetic for the inconvenience and extra expenses caused.
