They really care

On Saturday 2 February I had a breakdown and was assisted by Auto Wiel in sourcing the problem which turned out to be a damaged wheel bearing. Auto Wiel do not specialize in this, but arranged that a competent person named Nicky would come out. being a Saturday the workshops and spare outlets were closed. Nicky really went more than the extra mile, and despite numerous obstacles, sorted out the problem. Auto Wiel were eager to assist, they did more than what would normally be expected, and they were willing to lend a helping hand.

It is great to know that customer relations are still important. Thanks Auto Wiel, I was in a serious jam, and you helped me out. This is highly appreciated.
