BAD BAD SERVICE

My goods were delivered to the wrong person with an excuse that I was not home. After I had SPECIFICALLY told them there is no one at home so they should call me so that I come get my stuff from work. I work 5minutes away from home. They refuse to follow that instruction and did not listen. They delivered and came back to collect. All this without my prior knowledge.

Had they just call me like we agreed on.

Fine, they then promised "after hours" delivery. 19:30 they said. An hour later delivery still not there, I call... I'm told the delivery people have gone home already. Wow. They way I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with their service.

Given an option to have them deliver my stuff in future, it's a definite NO NO.
