On Wednesday 2013-12-03 at 07:30 my company vehicle was booked in for service at Motomid, i called them at 15:00 to find out how far were they with it, but Yolanda told me that the vehicle was ready and it was on the wash bay should be delivered by 15:30. i then got a call from Yolanda telling me that my car was not ready and they have not yet started with the service on it and when i asked her how come and she told me that it was not her problem because i was not her service Rep, my service rep was Doctor so i was supposed to ask Doctor and not her and told me that it should be ready by 5pm before they knock off. I went home using a taxi instead, then the next morning at 08:30 i went to enquire again but i was told by Doctor that the car was not ready because he not in the office the previous day. i was very frustrated by the behaviour and the bad attitude from Motomid staff because two days have been waisted in my diary as i had to cancell all my meetings and my field work because of the poor service from Motomid. They did not even apologise for that to me.
