SAPO has a rising STAR!!!

I made a mistake on my delivery address with regards to a parcel from a supplier. My parcel ended up at Church Square Post Office and I'm unable to get there. I phoned them and was transferred to Chris to assist me with my query. I told Chris that the address I have on the parcel was for Brooklyn (forgetting that I actualy put an address for Hercules on it) - I was very confussed with what I did - LOL. Chris immediately agreed to assist me by finding the parcel and sending it to Totiusdal as I requested and that he will follow-up with me. Well I did not think I would hear back anything from him. To my own surprise Chris called me this morning to inform me that he found my parcel (although it was addressed to Hercules and not Brooklyn as I informed him). This was such a surprise to me and what kind and friendly service, going the extra mile to help a customer. Chris keep up your excellent work, you put a smile on the faces of the public who lost hope in the service. If only all of the people at SAPO can be like this.
