Took my car for engine oil leak & stuck closed windows.
No correspondence during the day & slapped with a bill over R1000 for oil leak & no diagnostics on windows at 4pm as i inquired about my car. Agent was very rude & tried to be too clever. Was handed my car keys & told not to come back again. Realized my alarm system was deactivated & was told to book for that to be fixed. Booked for 18/11/13 ONLY FOR FIXING ALARM. Slapped with R742.50 for window diagnostics (did not ask for it). Unscholarly and intelligence insulting explanation given by service agent. Felt like day light, sort of revenge & payback for previous service mishap.
Received 4 phone calls & no explanation/solution from some customer service from Audi The Glen. Was told to to independent customer service that i had been called already!
My QUESTION IS:
WHY WAS I BILLED ON MY 2nd BOOKING FOR WINDOW ANTAGONISTIC YET I BOOKED FOR FIXING OF MY ALARM?
ROLAN PLEASE DON'T INSULT CUSTOMERS' INTELLIGENCES BY TELLING US THAT AUDI HAS DONE AWAY WITH ALARM ALERT SOUND BECOZ RESIDENCES IN COMPLEXES COMPLAIN ABOVE THAT NOISE!! I DON'T LIVE IN A COMPLEX. You were trying to justify your score-settling bill!
