Intundla Game Lodge
Realy bad customer service

O the 8th of November me and my fiance took a weekend gateaway to a game lodge called Intundla. We were residing on the other side of the logde which is the Bush spar. The staff really tryed their best but just to mention a few thing.
1.On Friday 08-11-13 there was no water in our room till 10pm and dissapeared againg tthe next morning till noon.
2.The swimming pool was diry till i had to request for it to be cleaned.
3.My fiance had a small incident which needed a plaster, but to my suprise they didnt have an emergency kit as is was on the other side.
And lastly, we were told of so many thing that attracted us to choose it, but to our suprise again it seemed that all the care about was wedding and confrences as most activities are on that side
