Motozone
Stop being cheats and give me my refund of R3 500

Miscellaneous

On 21 August 2013 I called Motozone to inquire about a steering rack i needed for my car, they quoted me R3500.00 . I later went and paid R3500.00 for the part and agreed that it would be delivered to HiQ for fitting. On 22 August 2013 i got a call from HiQ and was informed that the part did not work and was in a bad condition than the steering rack in my car. HiQ said a member of the RMI they cant, fit that part in my car. Later went to get my car and the steering rack and decided to buy a new steering rack from Renault. When i took it back to motozone on thursday Muzi told me that they do not accept returns as there was a notice to that effect on the wall. I told him that in terms of the CPA I was entitled to return the part, . I was told to speak to Mr Sava who was not in. I went to the shop on saturday the 24th August and Mr Sava told me that he cant give me my refund, partly becasue of the sign on the wall and partly bacause they had to pay a handling fee of 15%. I will have to report the matter to the Ombudsman of the RMI. I just want my money back.
